Hi!
Let's see I got this right: You want to be able to see pages/files that are queued so you can remove some of them, for instance?
We have had something like this on our wishlist for a while. We will hopefully implement it but we have so much other things we want to do so it's not likely to happen soon. Maybe in Medusa 1.3 - 1.4
Multiple instances would not be too hard to implement but then again, not in the near future. Sorry.
