Hi!
Yes you must manually select the images you want to download.
But if you want to download all the images in the view you can press CTRL-A to select all the images and then right click on one of them and select "Download to" in the pop-up menu.
You can also select the images you want to download by holding down the CTRL key and clicking on them and then use the "Download to" command as above.
Automatic download will soon be supported in Medusa.
