Trying to take away the sexual perception of any female body has been tried and failed. Try to convince yourself that being a sexsymbol is fun. Cos it is when you are pulling the strings. When yr in controll there's notthing scary about it. However, since I'm often depicted as a sexsymbol when I don't wanna be I often feel like I am not in control. I'm learning to deal with that. Trying to teach myself to flirt AND express anger when they cross the line. Learn to figur out when you like the attention and when not. Make sure that you express it sexual empowerment starts in SEXUAL EXPRESSION. learn to know yourself and then learn to deal with others. the confusion will last. cheers Tanja

you decide! I never use sex as a tool to achieve anything. But you can. Eventhough the malebody is more and more being put out as a sex symbol as well, the female body [esp if it is anything like the female bodies in the media] is still conceived more sexually appealing for media.
Until you've learned to know yourself yr allowed to take the safe route and express anger in doubt.
That's what I do anyway...
make sure you don't allow them to victimise you though
