Update 'Campaign Experiment' in 2012 based on CET21 VE platform at political level.
The researchers of the new testing VE module were able to descover 'remarkable' results used by politicians worldwide.
The logfiles were presented a few days after the process.
We specially focused on the 'Patrick-boy' issue (a person with probably the highest OMAT support rates) and others who were dealing with this VE aspect in the same area.
These people, the ones who were doing their own 'Blaring', are definitely ready during the election.
Because we have analysed the VE platform, doesn't mean that the status of 'Blaring' (= using the VE BL Language) could drastically change to another different level.
(So it requires e second analyse for updating the VE status.)
The change of a situation depends on how they use the most effective 'man' elements from the VE palette. (i.g. the way someone manipulates the several aspects of the Visual Element Types.)
On the next topic we will discuss the main effects of the user's electing situation during the process.
Below you see a few samples based on our analysing VE utility tool:
- support of media, enterprise and/or secret service
- support of a person's campaign
- the structure of an internet VE district
- the sources of the user's activity
- the possibility of the user's connection(s) on servers
- the positive or negative contents on servers relating to the user's campaign (prevention)
- the prognosis of the user's campaign (status result)
We also want to mention the almost perfect 'VE act or deal' activities from a user's campaign situation by date, time, place and other relevant information.
This could probably explain why Figure A is a much better candidate than Figure B who's using the BL Language more professional.
"We are so amazed! We didn't believe how this process could affect the VE system in a positive way. Our goal is to let people get the best results by using these elements.
If we look at the status now, we can't hardly wait to show our report." , said CSS researcher, Mr. Cherry Irani.
"There was that person who uses the 'fact-on-fact' element succesfully during his speech the next day.
But we like also to explain what the Triangle Message exactly can do to enhance the BL Lang to get better echo's.", said spokeswoman Angelique Huysen.
'Echo's are a 3 or 4 way communication act from a specific location.
For example, the speaker is saying this 'fact A' live on television, while he presents 'fact B' and 'fact C' on the radio.
When you walk by down the corner on the other side of the street, you can see that billboard that says: 'fact D' is the overall outcome.

1) support of media, enterprise and/or secret service
The one that conducts a campaign: he gets informed and is trying to take advantage of the BL Language or other type of communication for political purposes.
(He can do that by advertising or using special methods during an interview or speech.)
- support of a person's campaign
The ones who support the campaign.
(Usually someone who is involved.)
- the structure of an internet VE district
The area of a couple of servers or a location used to promote someone.
A part of a city related area (i.g. a server who's hosting a website in L.A.)
- the sources of the user's activity
The tool (palette) wich include the user's elements to create a BL Language or other type of communication.
- the possibility of the user's connection(s) on servers
The several sources on servers where someone is connected to (i.g. to get informed by support team of the latest VE or other type of communication developments)
- the positive or negative contents on servers relating to the user's campaign (prevention)
A published website that is running to support the person's campaign or to present the negative aspects of the person's campaign.
In that case, the user could 'Reply' a 'Clone' to correct issiues regarding these suggestions or facts
- the prognosis of the user's campaign (status result)
The stage of the current situation: it shows the stats of the user's process.
Below are a few examples:
'Mr. Doggy' explained why he is not telling every single part of an issiue. He uses this type of strategy to get closed to his supporters and that they should get more information when he is nominated.
Perhaps a traditional one, but he uses
'historical' facts to continue with
'Patrick-boy' was telling during his speech that the 'Tray' case was an absolute tragedy and explained his 3 fact-based elements by saying point 1, point 2 and point 3 according to the incident'.
On the other hand, a few others were telling that the 'Tray' case shouldn't be a race factor, but that 'all human life is valuable'.
The 'Fact-reverse-Fact' method could be a way to get in line with a person's popularity.
If this kind of method will be used quite often during the campaign, regardless of someone's age, race or gender, it could possibly result in a 50% chance of winning.
(Because, the user is trying to reject someone's plan by telling the facts.)
The 'FireBall' was telling that he actually visited a bowling laning, because he seems to play quite good and that he used to get in touch with people who're doing the same thing.
The person
uses the 'Relate-to-Fact' element to get more voters.
A 'Relate-to-Fact' strategy can help to find out the people's desire: if 'FireBall' can relate to something or someone, it should be easy to produce the so-called 'echo's' to get even better results by:
a) mixing 'Sport' with 'fact B' to get more attention.
Fact B could be the people's desire.
To ask them, for instance, how to pay less % than the actual price or to remove an specific item from the list so they can choose whatever they want.
So the question would be: 'After my nomination, how can I promise these folks to make it work?'.
b) 'Mr. Doggy' uses also a similar VE act by analysing 'FireBall's' theory or plan.
What he might could say is this: 'But what if 'fact B' is not able to work under such a condition, because, I'm using 'fact C' to calculate a much easier 'fact D' to meet one's expectations.'
c) based on 'fact B' suggestions, 'fact C' may show the the other aspect of the plan and could reject it by simply proving the related 'errors' from an older version or prototype.

Why worrying about an internet VE district (VEd)?
- During a collection, including the internet, it is important to ignore any signals from others who don't like to support your campaign.
For example, a visitor may read a totally different story from a website wich is not true.
It may contain, what we call 'negative content' that possibly could harm your reputation or, even worser, could mislead you in any form.
Then, suddenly, it tells you not to vote (!)
Perhaps it will never happen, but the team is warning those when campaigning.
Apparantly, you also need to be careful of joining a community, meeting a broadcast television host, a meeting conference, a group of journalists, any visit to a place where something might could happen.
We talking about: what if someone out there is using a signal that would cause trouble?
Be always prepared to use a BL method (and VE on the internet) only for a good reason.
It won't work when both groups of people is acting the wrong way.
(The camera should not be rolling during a conflict situation.)

'Supreme Court - Arguments over the law: this Care-thing'
'Mr. Doggy seems to change his name to Godfather when the time is there ... And will do anything to kill it.'
The 'Patrick-boy's dream of this ... Care-thing is still in process.
Many supporters and protesters are standing outside the Supreme Court waiting for that message to be heard.
It's a historical moment for those who do need this new Care-thing.
Others are not so happy with it and do say NO: 'Women-to-Women Health Services? What the heck is that ...?'.
