Explanation VE signal III
VE Sign Sample: Unknown Id BL
A few weeks ago the team descovered almost the perfect connection (= reply) in the system between two networks, groups or individuals for receiving (Extra Teres-S = weird) messages.
In the first place, you could see the differences or identical parts of both contents.
In the second place, a few other files in the same folder were also changed, but more manually edited (or damaged) so they were useless to work with afterwards (bad convertion perhaps).
Except for a few titles. They remain in good condition.
The date of this incident is unknown (somewhere in February 2012) and
the connection process took about 1 minute.
It seems that someone wants to communicate with us.
The file was an audiofile we have downlouded for testing.
Each of our files were titled and the property settings were correctly set such as time, date, size, format, copyright info etc.
Our settings from the time of saving:
- the date was 06/02/10 and the time was 02:12:18 (Western Europian GMT).
What's more interesting, the file we downloaded had exactly the same details (!), but only the two digits differs from '12' to '19':
- 06/02/10 - 02:19:18 - Copyright info (c) 15-07-12 (OMAT = other audiofile)
- 06/02/10 - 02:12:18 Copyright info (c) 15-07-12 (user = ours)
Our conclusion: it's quite impossible to make these changes within seconds after disconnecting the internet.
If we take a look at these properties, we see the message:
'Keep Dancing With The World'
and
'Get Me There' (ours).
The first impression you get is the same settings on both files, but the titles are showing those 'words ...'.
Our files, the ones that probably converted in a wrong format (e.g. bad errors, unable to open or play etc.), were not so important, because they had different titles.
Besides, a firewall + antivirus was installed correctly and set at it's maximum protection.
Is it true that changes took place during the offline modus?
There is no explanation according to this issue.
They call this type of incident the 'Extra Teres-S Method'.
Signals of this kind shouldn't be inspected instantly, because the CET21 system is actually dealing with EET and 'Unknown Id BL' Types.
Trying to resolve 'Unknown Id' type issiues, could take a long time of period when not having the missing pieces.
The HL Communication is, just like any other online activity, working on electronic devices or equipments.
But OMAT support people are able to use their methods even in our daily lives during research.
(The content was removed after our testing.)

Now here is the exact message she received from the one she sent via the VE method yesterday:
She is saying (connecting and publishing):
'Hello, World!'
Date: 12/03/17
Time: 14:35:29
Description: Prince of Wales is drinking Wodka ('Patrick-boy in my pub')
Confirmation: (!) This Is A Respons (!)
Verification Details:
'The person stopped his car and entered a pub.
It took place at the right time since 'ZinaBee's' text were posted on this forum.
His team was also there, celebrating ...'
'... And then, when we came back to the selected 'area', we found a 'blanc' element note by saying that the message was received and that 'Mr. Doggy' was busy with his own commercials.'
- LS (Level of Security): n/a (codes are shown here)
- SF (Security Format): VE Normal
- EET: C-6 (wich means the type of a (BL) element)
- PE: (Pause or End attribute or VE Type, wich means the communication is set on non-active or standby)
- CS: N (Change of Activity Status)
It confirms that a 'blanc' figure has been replaced.

According to this article:
'The JK ASPECT - Interesting Notes (Judith K en haar werk)

Now the professional OMAT, on the other side, is translating the message or read the message in plain text.
The 'Prince of Wales', the one with the campaign on THAT moment is responding.
Remember: a VE signal doesn't need to encrypt before sending the message.
Actually, the message is NOT used to send (like email or bluetooth), but only by displaying it.
It's a realtime process.
* BL signs are mostly used in the online modus from the user's machines (publishing status).
