Explanation VE signal
It's a process during a specified case by using BL elements of a Type Language from an advanced communication model like the CET21.
OMAT agents and other SOS Assistants are specialized people for helping victims.
The methods could also be used for situations at political level or any type of research.
Since the introduction of the BL H-09 Model in 2008, developers were designing a much stronger system with expanding capabilities.
One of the best code element for using High Level Communication, is the 'Visual Explanation' BL method.
It can be used digital or even in our physical world.
There are basically 4 elements an OMAT should know: a) date of VE signal, b) time of VE signal, c) description of VE signal and d) confirmation of VE signal.
Both parties need to verify their connection to others (e.g. Network, organisation, group etc.) and confirm any VE transmits during the process.
By doing this from time to time, a so-called 'Manual Symblist' will be presented each minute, hour, day or night.
If a case is very complicated to handle, these groups are using Expanding Elements Types (EET) to define their BL Language and to make it even harder to others to translate or decode.
Below is a sample of a VE signal:
- 'ZinaBee' is trying to connect to the following group of people (OMAT) and is waiting for a (direct) respons by using the Non-encrypted BL plain text: 'Hello, world!' (For example, this is just saying by writing it down on a webpage.)
Respons
- within seconds or minutes a VE transmit is displaying right on her desktop.
By switching the selected 'webpages' on the internet, the message or a specific type of VE signal is presenting in realtime.
Now here is the exact message she received from the one she sent via the VE method yesterday:
She is saying (connecting and publishing):
'Hello, World!'
Date: 12/03/17
Time: 14:35:29
Description: Prince of Wales is drinking Wodka ('Patrick-boy in my pub')
Confirmation: (!) This Is A Respons (!)
- LS (Level of Security): n/a (codes are shown here)
- SF (Security Format): VE Normal
- EET: C-6 (wich means the type of an BL element)
- PE: (Pause or End attribute or VE Type, wich means the communication is set on non-active or standby)
Interact 1 on 1
According to this article:

Now the professional OMAT, on the other side, is translating the message or read the message in plain text.
The 'Prince of Wales', the one with the campaign on THAT moment is responding.
Remember: a VE signal doesn't need to encrypt before sending the message.
Actually, the message is NOT used to send (like email or bluetooth), but only by displaying it.
It's a realtime process.
