What is Ladyfest?
Op 27, 28 en 29 oktober 2006 Ladyfest Rotterdam gaan plaatsvinden in Waterfront!!! Ladyfest is een cultureel, sociaal en politiek festival zonder winstoogmerk, georganiseerd door (vrijwillige) vrouwen. Het festival zal drie dagen duren, en is voor IEDEREEN toegankelijk. In drie dagen zullen verschillende activiteiten plaatsvinden, waaronder workshops, discussies, filmvertoningen, exposities, bands en DJ's.
Ladyfest is a non-profit volunteer run DIY festival of music, art, performance and workshops organised and orchestrated by women activists, artists and musicians and is supported by our friend's of whatever gender. It helps to showcase the skills and talents of a diverse group of groundbreaking women working in the arts, community building and activism. It is a PARTICIPATORY festival, a community festival.
