If you're using a laptop, then I guess you're right. This is because I noticed that you replied from a static IP address at Yale. That means you could try to point bobbin-comic.com to your own IP address, run Apache server + PHP on your (I'm assuming desktop), leave the power on for as long as you can and I'll teach you how to manage the thing remotely... you can use windows if you want, or linux if you can get hold of a geek or don't mind learning something new ;) ....
