: Richland Arms was an importer that used
: several Italian manufacturers the same as
: Navy Arms, Replica Arms, Lyman, etc. To say
: that all their revolvers were of low quality
: is a stretch. They used Pietta, Armi San
: Marco, Armi San Paolo (now Euroarms), and
: Palmetto. I am not aware of any Spanish
: made revolvers imported by Richland Arms.
: Indeed there was only one Spanish
: manufacturer who produced a replica
: percussion revolver and that was E.N. Santa
: Barbara. They produced the Remington New
: Model Army which is of equal if not higher
: quality than Uberti or any other Italian
: manufacturer. CVA imported these but did
: not put their name on the gun.

: Richland Arms was just an importer, they
: went
: out of business in the early 80's.
: They bought primarily spanish made guns from
: Ardesa, They simply bought in bulk and
: parceled out to Ace, Sears, Montgomery Wards
: and more.
:
: They were inexpensive guns and never had a
: reputation for extreme accuracy or
: reliablity.
: Current value 50-100$ if they are in
: functional shape.
