Monarch 45 cal BP Rifle

I recently picked up a Monarch 45 cal Rifle at a gun show, however I'm having the worst luck trying to find loading info for it, i.e. what size ball, powder charge, ignition cap... Any info on what I need to be able to take it to the range and give it a go would be greatly appreciated.
