help with black powder!

I'm an old boy but very new to black powder. I want to load my 12 gauge with pyrodex. I have 7 1/2 shot, 209 primers, pyrodex R/S powder, Win. AA wads & Win. AA hulls. My old side by side is 75 yr. old and in great shape. Can any of you give me some load data? Thanks,
