Pedersoli, you can go to their website, has a variety of flint rifles. In the U.S. they are handled by Dixie Gun Works in Union City, Tennessee. They have a website as well.
One Pedersoli, that is very well made, is the Mortimer rifle in .50 or .54 cal. That comes in flint or percussion.
If you are just starting out in this you might want to consider percussion. Flint guns are fun, but they take a bit more effort for reliability.
There is nothing like being on the game animal with a flintlock and having a flash in the pan.
