I have never tried it but it would not be impossible.
Several compositions come to mind, the simplest of which will probably the crushed match head mixed with a bit of the composition on the side of the box that is used to ignite the match when scraped over it, or, just using "non"safety matches (the type that you scrape over your boot sole).
Otherwise any of the potasium chlorate sulphur and charcoal mixtures can be used as it is sensitive enough for the purpose.
The most difficult part would be obtaining thin enough copper sheet and stamping it in the correct shape.
Then it would only need to put some of the pyrotechnic compound in the cap and sealing it off with a hard wax.
Experimenting would bring one to the best composition and method of fixing it in the cap that would be safe but still sensitive enough.
