Having received a Uberti 61 colt navy as a "gift", I am disinclined to even shoot the darn thing, as nice as it looks. Just as the cleaning of game is the downside of the hunt, so too is the cleaning of these weapons to remove the corrosive residue of BP. I have read that newer products such as clean-shot and American Pioneer eliminate much of the necessity of dis-assembly down to internal springs and screws. Has anyone had experiences with these or similar products?
