Considering purchase of a new .36 steel framed Colt Navy(Pietta). However, I am not a big fan of blued antique replicas and was wondering is there a safe, easy and non-damaging way of removing the bluing and leaving the gun with the "antique" steel-nickle look? If so, would it still be a good idea to plug both ends of the barrel for this operation? Thanks in advance.
