How to make caps for muzzleloaders

Is it possible to make caps for muzzleloaders? I have been reading a flint may make the best survival gun [worst case senerio] and really would rather make a cap lock gun but finding caps in that sittuation may be too difficult, so can you make caps ? How ? Thanks Bill
