in early 1986 there was,in muzzle blasts mag,a series of articles on testing barrels by the owner of montana barrel co. if you can get these issues,i think you will be pleasantly surprised. if you cannot,call me at 903-695-3140 and i will mail copies. if fred has you completely freaked, i would like to discuss purchasing this barrel ,depending on brand. --Previous Message-- : Does anyone know if a scope tap hole that has : been drilled to deep on a muzzleloader can : be repaired, filled or welded shut some : how?? :
