Believe it or not that drum is threaded in there and will move. clamp the barrel in a padded vise drum up,then use a piece of leather or lead sheet and clamp a vise grip on that drum and turn it. It's a metric thread 1.25 x 8mm and the drum part itself can be replaced (aftermarket) it's a lefty lousy/righty tighty standard thing.
Ya gotta use care. I'm just finishing repair to a symilar gun where the guy left the nipple in then tried to turn it off, snapping the nipple off. Then he clamped a vise grip directley to the drum and turned the WRONG way! he really made a mess of it
