.433 patched round lead ball with 20 grains (by volume not weight) of Pyrodex P. Pyrodex is easier to obtain than black powder. Don't use balls sold for a .44 revolver, they are intentionally oversize. As a starter you can use a tight weave cotton cleaning patch a a ball patch. Saturate the patch with Crisco.
Look up muzzle loader loading on the web for precise instructions. Rifles and pistols are loaded much the same.
