I have been looking for a copy of the paper jacket for some time. I do have a copy of Matthews book, The paper patch bullet. For more information on paper patch bullets. A wealth of information in a book called. Loading and Shooting Paper Patched Bullets, a begginers guide. By; Randolph S.
