Unfired, in the box, with original invoice and instructions from 1987. Excellent finish. Special order three digit serial number. No visible Italian markings. Top of barrel reads "Col. Le Mat." Side of barrel reads "CL 44" and "BLCKPOWDER ONLY." Side of barrel, covered by loading arm reads "NAVY ARMS CO. RIDGEFIELD, N.J. U.S.A."

Minor handling wear. SUPER bluing (two colors, blue & reddish blue, like they were. New productions are just blue)! BEAUTIFUL checkering on grips.
