1851 Navy conversion

Have a 1851 Navy Colt 36 cal. with Richland Arms Company-Made in Italy on tha barrell. Received it in trade with no info on who made it for this Blissfield,Michigan importer. Needto know in order to purchase a conversion kit. Thanks for any help.
