Kinda barkin up the "wrong tree" here john if your looking to sell. This thread has been dead for along time. If it's only 60% that means it's rusty but trusty. Fairly common for a BP gun that's been fired and left un cleaned. Old TC Patriot's can be had for 150-200$ It might be worth while to find a local Harley dealer and put out a search there for interested parties.
