If I push the barrel and frame tight : together I hold it up to the light and I can : see daylight between the front on the wedge : and the arbour. Could this be the problem, : it looks as though it is. Can this be : remedied, ie oversize wedge etc? This is an : original and not a repro by the way. Thanks : to any who may offer a solution to this : defect or is this normal with these Colts? : The wedge is probably the problem but I wouldnt expect a 100 year old gun to be as tight as a replica.
