Remove the sholder pad with a phillips screwdriver (look for two small holes on the pad - insert screwdriver into holes). After removing sholder pad take a flashlight and look into the stock - there should be an allen head bolt holding the stock in place. Hope that helps. I have a CVA with a synthetic stock.
