colt python cylinder bolt

Hi,
Someone replied to my previous message but for some reason I could not read the response nor find my original posting.
Basically my original question was: is the cylinder bolt for the colt officer model exchangeable with the colt python? I'm not sure it is because the officer model is frame E and python is frame I.
