For .45 cal REAL 200 gr, you can try load 2,35 g (36 grains) black powder FFFg. My friend is very pleased with this load for .45 cal Patriot and LEE REAL 200 gr.
His last time shooting on international pistol target, 25 meters :10, 10, 10 center, 10 center, 9, 10, 8, 8, 9, 9.
Total 93 points from 10 shoots.
