Robert, use #11 caps...the #10's are too small and are not going onto the nipple all the way..the first hammer strike drives them on a little further and the second hammer strike sets them off...#11 caps is all i have ever used...if they are too loose and fall off just squeeze them a little to tighten them up...but i have never had one fall off
