H. Laud ?? Anyone familiar with Manufacturer or similar?

Wondering if anyone is familiar with a manufacturer of flintlocks with the name or similar name of H. Laud (something like that) I have an opporunity to purchase a .50cal double barrel (very long barrel). Was told it is a model 19. Any ideas on this one?
