Jim, the western arms santa fe hawkens were 53 cal...it uses a .520 round ball and a .020 patch...hornady makes a .520 round ball...go to "track of the wolf" web site to order balls...i would be interested in making an offer to buy your rifle should you decide to sell as i need another for my son in law
