I start the front trigger guard screw (have one of the rear ones on a screw starter), put the spring in place, hold the gun in my left hand so my middle finger in in the trigger guard and the cylinder is in my palm and squeeze. Start the rear screw and the sucker is in.
Hope this helps. It is harder to explain than it is to do.
