Could anyone out there tell me why My buddy's, my brother's, and my own Encore 209 Magnum is shooting inconsistantly? we've had the gun for several years and we've yet to get them sighted in with a consistant pattern One shot will be dead on, the next will be at 6 o'clock, and then they''ll be one that doesn't hit the paper. These results are mixed up in the order they occur. This is supposed to be a really good rifle. We've used fresh powder and are using the T/C Mag hollow point sabots. We're very frustrated at this point.
