Dear David,

I can propose that each business (no real estate, please) acquires a public shell. Thereafter I can assist with funding sources up to $50 million. I have clean, reporting, audited, trading shells OTC BB and Pink Sheets.

Currently a great OTC BB shell is available. It has also warrants giving a chance to to raise up to $15 milion.

I need working businesses willing to expand. Businesses should have stable gross and net.
