Before our goes into foreclosure we need an investor to buy our house with immediate closing and we can move May 1st, 2009. You may view the house at www.choicea.com/listing/1112045. The current Zillow FMV is $260k but since the house needs work (new floor covering, painting, yard work and etc. "Honey List" repairs. Our choicea asking price is $199k (reduced for repairs and the current market)so our make us walk asking price is $160k (so please don't ask us our payoff just make your offer from the $160K price)
The houses on the waterfront sell for 2 to 3 times the appraised tax values. The apprx tax values range from $98k to $100k.

We will let you know if we accept the offer or not. Must be cash sale, no owner financing or anything else of the short.
