A group of Pittsburgh, PA investors have developed the Agua Dulce Lodge and Resort in Puerto Jimenez, Costa Rica. We are 95% complete with a restaurant, pool area and 21 Villas on beachfront property on the Golfo Dulce, Playa Preciosa (Beach). We are looking for completion and operating capital by selling equity in the project.
