Dear Erland Schulze
I am interested in your land proposas. I work with European investor group as a finder for projects but I am myself a Civil Engineer.
My next meeting with the investor group is on the 12 December.
If you can send me data on your offers I will introduce your offers on the meeting and let you know very quickly on the next step or what the investors want to do.
Their main guideline for discussing projects is that the client will set up a good business plan with all the cost data and some back ground history as well as the future estimates. Needs to be as professioanal as possible.
