I have been turned down for one job offer that I really wanted. That hurt me, I can just imagine the emotional pain some of these people go through every week. No thanks!!!
At least he is staying busy. I have followed actors who have gone a year without a role of any kind. I think that is when their career is pretty much over, when the roles are drying up. I wouldn't want to be an actor for anything, not if it meant going on all those cattle call auditions and getting all those rejections.
