The front doors have 6.5" coaxial speakers, rear doors have 5.5" coaxial speakers, and the rear deck has 6.5" woofers - this is for the Bose system only. I suggest replacing the four 6.5" with good ones connected to a amp, and simply disconnecting the rear doors. Optionally in the front you could use component speakers by utilizing the door for the 6.5" woofer and the perforated triangle up by the window for the tweeter. In the Bose system, this factory tweeter position is empty.
