CDR 24 Not Booting

Hi, I’ve got a new Porsche with the CDR-24 unit. It’s under warranty, and I’ll go to the dealer next week, but I thought I’d ask the expert the following. When the unit is turned on, the PORSCHE banner shows up on the screen, and that’s it; no transition to sound, pushing any button has no effect, and if left that way it stays that way. This occurs even after the ignition has been shut off and on. Is there a secret re-boot button combination, or something else that can be done? Rob NYC
