We have a little Greek market near, and the owner was helping me by telling me how to make flaming Sargento(?). A goat cheese that is served flamining. Well, I asked him the best brandy to use and he gave me the name Kafavalow (if I understood him correctly.) So I started searching the net and came up with nothing. I thought if I could find it maybe the local ABC Liquor could order it, but to avail. I certainly appreciate your response. Thank you very much.
