Yup, that's a big bottle alright

Extremely hard to find in the U.S., but not in Europe or Japan. Courvoisier, and other producers, i.e. Hardy's, make oversized 1.5 L bottles from time to time. Most stay in Europe or are shipped to Japan where high-end cognacs and whiskeys sell very well. I have seen a 1.5 L bottle, but it was only used for display. But never mind the cognac, I do like the Cuban rum Hatuey. Extremely likeable rum and you probably could get more for that than the Courvoisier.
