The asking price for fakes is anywhere from a couple fo hundred $$$ to $35000.00 and up. With the changing market and demand I can't give you a price for an authentic bottle. You would need to contact a reputable auction house who would evaluate the condition of the bottle.
No, Larry, fake ones do not come from liquor stores. They are almost exclusively advertised on the Internet in places like E-Bay and other auctions sites. If you Google it you will see hundreds of links.
