Interesting, if the label is correct it was bottled during prohibition, which ended in December 1933.
Dougherty’s started their business sometime around 1880. They never actually distilled whiskey, but purchased bulk whiskey, bottled it and sold it under their label. It was never a high-quality product and sold real cheap. I believe the company moved from PA to KY after some legal issues around 1950. I think they are still in business bottling spirits under different labels.
There are still a number of old bottles around, but most are sold empty as antiques and have only collector’s value. I believe your full bottle could fetch anywhere between $100-150.
