Royal Salute antique unopened decanter

I have an unopened bottle of 21 year old Royal Salute in a blue Spode bottle that I've had for 40 years. It has an intact tax stamp number 537338964 on one side and 1-549 on the other. It was imported by General Wine & Spirits Co. in New York. Does anyone have any suggestions about where I can find a value?
