Robert,as with all hard liquor the stuff doesn't go bad if properly stored. Unfortunately there is no or little value in the whiskies you have there. J.W. Black goes for about $40 and the rest for much less. The tax stamps add no value because none of the bottles are collectors items. My recommendaion is to invite a bunch of friends over and start drinking.
