Buying a Liquor Store

All, I am in need of some advice... I am considering purchasing a liquor store, but am concerned about a couple of things. The store in located in a "strip center" and is approx. 2000 sf in size. The store is in a great area, but I don't really care for "strip centers" and the size seems small. Can anyone give me their thoughts on stores of this size and location?
