I am trying to find out what the industry standard is with respect to recognizing revenue for bonus spots. For example, if you have an order for 100 spots at $10 each and 100 bonus spots at $0 each, and your traffic system plots and airs the 100 $10 spots first, how much revenue would you recognize when the 1st 100 spots air?
