My colleague goes to Bayside Colonial Baptist Church on Bell Blvd. I believe it is 50th Avenue just off 46th Avenue 27 bus.
Just drive down Bell Blvd from Northern Blvd and you will see it on your left. If you drive North from LIE on Bell Blvd, it is on your right.
There are Presbtyerian churches all around Bayside.
