ahh......the clearview expressway. I recall it being built. Towards Francis Lewis Blvd there was a horse stable that we kids could ride horses, until it was closed to make way for the expressway. We grew up near Crocheron park. attended sacred heart, bayside hs, CUNY then moved to Atlanta...love to 'visit' bayside.
