I don't remember that lady, as you pointed out I am older (ha,ha), so maybe I wasn't playing on the street at that time. There was a very elderly lady in the private house across from the apts.-I was friendly with that family.
Both names are very familiar. I think the Capirelli's lived on 204 between 35th & 36th. The Tomlinson's - I think they had a daughter & son about my age. Did they live on 36th Ave?.
As far as deadman's hill - remember sleigh riding down that hill - before the expressway was there - yes I am older aren't I.
